How to get facebook cookies:

Step 1: Log in to Facebook on your browser

Step 2: Press the F12 key
Alternatively, you can press the key combination Ctrl + Shift + I or right-click then select "Check"

Step 3: Click the arrow on the right, select Network, in the Name column select line bz. If there is no bz line, you can reload it at the home page.

Step 4: In the Headers column, select the Cookie code. Highlight to copy the cookie code and you're done.

in both software, there's a place where you can add the cookies
In Adspower you will add your username and password and then the cookies and the proxy and save.
In Dolphine you will add only the cookies and proxy if you're using it and save.
Once you're able to log in Facebook will ask you for the 2fa code, you go to www.2fa.vip and paste it from there.
