I also use both and haven't noticed a significant difference yet. What I've noticed is that verified (blue tick) accounts do get more reach.

For Twitter specifically, it shouldn't really matter which you use. But, some believe they get more traction on mobile so why not go for that anyway. No harm in it, after all.

I use mobile. Its better for quick updates, while the web is for more detailed posts, but the two don't restrict views as long as the content is engaging.

Since I'm in front of the computer most of the time, I usually share on the web. I haven't experienced any problems so far. I agree with my friends about blue tick accounts. Elon will soon give them many more advantages.
