If you wanna make sure you get approved, you must have human written articles. Adsense rejects AI websites pretty easily.

Make the website more professional. Write at least 200 articles. Nowadays writing 200 plus articles with AI is not a big deal.

Some advice I can give you:
- Create an author url, that when clicking on the author's name redirects to this url, it must look like a totally real author.
- Add the author box at the bottom of the posts, the theme you use has it by default if you set it in the wordpress user bio.
- Put about the author and contact in the main menu.
- Create and link social network profiles in the menu.
- Have at least 5 main categories in the menu, each of these categories should have at least 20-30 items.
- Eliminate categories with few posts
- Most importantly, you have to have organic traffic on your website, I recommend not to submit websites until you have at least 50-100 visits per day of organic traffic.

In my opinion you don't need to publish 1 post a day, as long as the website has 50 posts or more it should have enough content for adsense, I insist that one of the most important things is organic traffic.
Your content mostly looks like AI generated, that Google not appreciate for Adsense approval. Add team page that will link to all regular writers to the writer's contribution.

You should put as I said, photo to each of the authors, you can do that by adding a wordpress plugin and putting the photo in the users themselves.
You should also create a more realistic description, this one is too vague:
"By Aswhin: Hello my friend, I am a full time blogger. If you like my articles then contact me and I will make great articles for you in a very short time."
I don't agree with what my colleague says, I have more than 40 adsense approved websites and all of them are made with AI.

This is plain wrong.
Having organic traffic has nothing to do with Adsense approval.
I never needed to wait to have traffic before I was approved.

I speak from my own experience, I have sent more than 300 sites to adsense for approval.... but I don't have the universal truth in my hand...

Is the only difference between the 40 approved vs 260 unapproved is organic traffic?

organic traffic, authority, and time that the website has been indexed in google. The longer the website was indexed in google even if it had no traffic, I also saw that it had more % of approval.

Your concern should not be approval. Even if you get approval, you will struggle to make money without traffic. First, aim to get organic traffic on the blog. Once you achieve this, you can make money on it in different ways.
