I believe you understand the game
Using same device would require another IP atleast

Making FB account on laptop and the is quite hard this days

You can use rdp if it works
Alternatively get account from the market place

You can access the ''Account Quality'' section and can appeal, the ratio is 50/50 but there is still a chance that your ad account will be reopened.

Or you can replace a new account, for BH advertising campaigns you need a healthy advertising account (Ad account with spending history) and some proper concealment measures.

Create a new account, so have a few backup accounts. For BH products, there should be measures to hide and use quality accounts to avoid risks

Thank you everyone for the response, for now I have purchased a static proxy and am gonna create a new account and I am gonna stick to WH Ads for now maybe BH LATER when I understand how things work

You can appeal but there are more chances of not getting your account. You will have to create another one. Better to use a mobile proxy to create your new account as your IP might be blacklisted.

You can do BH ads you just need to have right tools.If you had agency accounts you wouldn't have been banned/disabled. You would have just focused on scaling and running ads. I can guide you let me know.

Give it a chance, send a request review for that disabled account. In The meantime, use a proxy to open a new account

you need someone have ads account spend over 25k in order to get support.

I created an acc using static proxy "SINGAPORE" with new which is based on India and after day 1 my acc got suspended , I didnt even run any ads just created a facebook page

Did you use everything new? Besides the proxy, we need to use a new profile (better the same geo with the proxy) and create the ad accounts
If it is still suspended, I recommend you buy an account that run ads before and has a high spending history
