What does this have to do with the Ip of registration? What is the difference between an account registered in Canada or Uzbekistan? Do you have an answer?

Just finding buyer for one account is not even worth it. You will spend hours finding the buyer. You should all in with multiple accounts if you want to make it worth your time spent.

came here to advise the same - go to account marketplaces like accsmarket, check their prices and set your price. If you set it cheaper, they will definitely light up. I personally know just one seller that sells reddit account on marketplaces, so it's not so competitive, you can go places.
