clickadilla Scam, only top-ups are allowed, no refunds!

This is the worst service platform I have come across since I have been running ad network campaigns, a few days ago I recharged $50 and ran an ad campaign, but today I needed the money for my own reasons and I wanted a refund, so I contacted clickadilla customer service, and what they expressed from the beginning was that they would not allow refunds, saying that I refused refunds for my account that was below $50, and that my account has 38.5 dollars, I said is it possible for me to continue to top up my account with 50 dollars to get a refund, do you know what they replied? They replied that it's absolutely not okay, it's fraud.

I can't imagine what kind of shit platform this is, only allowing top-ups and no refunds from users, what's the difference between this and a money grab?

Stay away from clickadilla , it's a scam platform!

Refund is possible for balances over $50, but if you top up and request a refund, it will be a scam

Also you will reimburse all processing fees, there is a 10% fee for a refund and the minimum amount of fee is $25

I understand that you probably have no reason to lie about a bad experience with a network, but a motivated competitor might.

I've never come across such a bad traffic platform that makes me cringe!
