define "premium"!

Personally, I would not pay more than $100 (if even that) for the domains alone. Now, if they were to come with good backlinks and they're in good standings with google I could re-consider...

Fitnessmonkee has some brandability alure to it, though... so if you find someone who's going to create a fitness company named "Fitness Monkee" and you have good salesmanship skills you might be able to sell this domain for a few $100s, maybe even a few $1000s if all stars align

Anyway, as always with domain names, if they have no SEO value the value is in what the buyer is willing to pay

thank you...I have read threads where people are just buying selling "brandable" domain names..
So i thought experimenting with it yet i havent got an offer for these 2 yet
hence getting feedback on are they really sound good or is it just me

I think the domain name menfitnesshelp.com can be sold at a certain price, but it is unlikely to be sold at a high price. Although it is very suitable for the fitness industry, it is a bit long and not easy to remember.
