The thing is, if you're going to be making the videos yourself, you probably should do something you enjoy otherwise you're going to be burnout after uploading a few videos. I have 4 monetized channels but in the end I switched to another niche that I enjoy making videos for.

Entertainment niche has lot of viewers. In this, you can choose as per your convenience like comedy.
