Conversion Rate Reels

Hallo,
We have a Model Account with 207K Follower. No pay follower all is organic. We make a lot of Reels and we have 14 Reels over 1m views and also one with 16m. So the content reachs a lot of people.
Lot of people view the reels but for my opinion is the following rate really low. They view the reels but no following.

The the conversion rate with reels renerally low or make we something wrong and i have to do it better.... it feels like the dont look to the account ...

Is the account getting high profile visits? There could be something about the ACC that is turning people off, are you posting 1-3 times per day on the story?
