thanks apekillape - I emailed that guy previously and he has no UK IP's left.
Do you know any other providers?

http://proxiesforrent.com/ claims to have UK, but I have used them before for US and the service was AWFUL - ~50% downtime and had to email then every other day to fix the proxies.

I am selling shared proxies, but only have US proxies for now. Looking at setting up some shared UK proxies. Price would be $0.90 per proxy per month - limited to 15 users per proxy. PM me if you want me to let you know when I've got them ready.

I haven't tried this myself yet but:

Earlier I was reading another thread, where a UK Bhatter said that if you get a mobile broadband dongle device you can get a new IP every time you reconnect - and it is a local IP.

Not exactly a proxy - simply a fresh IP but may well be worth testing this out if you know someone that has one, as it is a simple solution and cheap.
