Can he again become CEO after few years ? Is there some agreement stopping him from being able to do this ?
CZ has always acted in the best interest of Binance. Yes, he was found guilty because he did not block accounts of large US customers, but had special accounts created for them that concealed the origin.
He never stole funds or manipulated the market. He simply gave people the opportunity to trade freely on his exchange.
Nevertheless, it is the only right decision for him to leave. Binance is currently going through a lot of registrations in almost all countries and a convicted CEO doesn't help.
CZ has always taken the best possible path for Binance but Binance is now in a better situation without him. The fact that he is leaving now just shows what a brilliant founder and CEO he was.

20 billion? Something along those lines. How much money did he make from his job as the founder and CEO?
BlackRock with it's upcoming Bitcoin ETFs, seeing the power that Binance holds, BlackRock had to orchestrate the resignation of CZ. And, hence, now it is BlackRock and Coinbase ruling crypto ? Richard Teng is from the World Economic Forum, actually. Sad times for CZ, but still bullish for crypto on the whole.it''s still CZ era
