Can binance shut down anytime soon?

Lot of legal issues now and they have huge fine. Can they shut down anytime soon? What will be the impact on bitcoin price and other crypto?

US goverment would not assign agreement.
Why everyone is telling it's bad? Binance and CZ just cleaned themself for cheap.

What news?
-binance pay small fee compared to their assets
-binance can still work in the USA
-binance is regulated now with new CEO and regulation team
-CZ pay daily income fee, spend 18 months in jail - hotel for millionaires
-binance assets are clear for US goverment
Crypto is more regulated and stable. Binance was preparing for that for last years.
 
The binance facing issues is the US version. The rest of the world uses a different binance which is bigger. That's why there is no major news of doom breaking anywhere. The US binance is small but important to CZ.

Exactly this, spot on! He was something like, take this peanuts, tell that we didn't comply with your stupid anti-laundering money rules (the hypocrisy is that the people that allegedly launder money through crypto, have the money from US), I will step down, but Binance is still mine with or without the CEO role, and leave us the fuck alone. 100% they will relaunch FTX v2 with those money.
 
Binance will not get shutdown, the Volume is high and steady.
It might not be relevant in United States and Canada.
 
I get why some of you are scared because of what happened to FTX. Binance won't shut down, Y'all need to chill.

i hate crypto when government involved. its P2P. but now tons of laws and craps on that. creepy kyc. i love crypto when 2014 to 2019. sad thing tax/tds aaaaah. cringe. sathosi will cry. sorry halfin will cry real bitcoin creator. another sad thing halfin twitter hacked.
 
That seems very difficult man, it's a big market, not easy
 
It will be deverstating if they shut down, as lots of people have huge assets on the platform.

But realistically, I think the company is very strong enough to withstand all their issues and they will be fine at the end of the day. It's one of the challenges.

I don't think so, if they make that moe will affect a lot of people, they know how that can damage the market, impact will be huge and they seems to be more interest in control those transactions than stop them.
