It's not about that, I created a new account right in America, and the same thing is happening. Reddit is just plain garbage.

I think you might have done too much self-promo with this account. Try adding new posts that provide value to the subreddits and stop self-promotion for a while. You can also get reddit gold and interact and give gold to other members. Just be part of a couple of communities for a while, that might help you recover this account, and then do a bit of self-promo from time to time.

Every subreddit have different requirements to post. There are subreddits that allow you to post or at least to comment with no karma.

yeah posting something like that won't help you and mod will remove it immediately and because you did not read the rules, in the FAQ says I will copy paste

Basically mods consider your question can be anwer with the FAQ that's it, don't try to find a fifth leg to a rabit, if you ask about something you will need to be more specific not a general question, something like you are having problems to configure an audio because it doesn't set in the correct time it always move help you will see they won't delete the post, as for this moment I do not know if they might restrict you because you being attempting many times to post the same question and they consider you being doing spam so yeah you did not read the rules thats all.

Simply, a person creates an account and can immediately post whatever they want without reading any rules or anything
