Has many of you people used anything from envato elements without a paid plan but from a person on here giving away free stuff from envato elements like a graphic for a video or a music visualizer and without getting into any trouble, i mean obviously many people do this without any trouble has anyone here used templates from envato without a paid plan and not get into any trouble?

i think, envato elements is payment via paypal/bank transfer way .its a good way to earning. fill out tax information,payments details & upload your first elements..so you don't get any trouble so far

it is but im just considering using their stuff without a paid plan and just using their stuff from here

I have been using since 2023 starts but i am using only photos and stock videos

I have used it for 3 years and never got in trouble. I recently came across a post that made me realize Envato doesn't seem to care about people using their items illegally.
