Haha got you

Where can I get a domain for as low as 1 dollar, I need a couple of them

Extension should be a little bit know.

Sometimes new companies launch this offer. But if the project has potential, it makes no sense to wait for such offers.

ionos are doing a $1 first year offer for .com

+1 - I've gotten a $1 domain from them fairly recently.

their renewals are not good but new customers can get the first domain at cheapest price

The new deal with them is that you pay for two years in advances, so they charge 1$ for first year and around $15 for the second year so they charge both right from the onset which is exactly what I don't want.

This is not true. I paid $1 for a domain for one year - nothing more added on. I did not pay for 2 years - only one.

I hope this will help you understand better, I have zero reason to say something which is not there take a look at read it again. I picked the registration of the domain for a year and two years.

Sure I understand you have no reason to say something that is not true - my bad. But you are not on the introductory offer as shown on the ionos homepage. Here is your screenshot but from my viewpoint. Notice that on the left it states "Introductory Offer" whereas yours does not. This is exactly what I did to get a $1 domain for the first year.

Hope this helps.

And now that I go back to the Ionos homepage it states the introductory offer has changed to $10 for the first year for one year only. Not sure what they are doing. Something must have triggered when I closed the shopping cart. I dunno.

how did the 2nd screenshot pop up?
Are you just changing the years amount? If so,keep it at 1 year.. 2nd year u either transfer out for a discount on the other place or u drop and get a new domain.

i'm pretty sure at this point, they can't change my cart legally (probably)... before the last "order review" page.

ionos keep saying :

$1/year for 1 yearthen just $17/year

Renews automatically
(Billing: 2 years in advance !!! )

if u change the years to 1 , it become $10 for first year
