Hello everyone i did not think of the permalink structure before sending seo backlinks meaning it has been site to mainurl.com of the website without passing to mainurl.com/keywords-niche
should i do a 301 redirect from the homepage to the main url with slug keywords for passing link juice

Is it better if i keep the homepage as it is and focus on mainurl.com/keywords-niche

no idea what this means. But if you're thinking of 301-ing the homepage of your site to an inner page then it's a bad idea...

You want to redirect your homepage to an internal page? Is that what you meant? If yes, no that's a bad idea. Just create a contextual internal link from the home page to your inner page.
