Btw page loading speed depends a lot on your hosting provider and visitor's location.
It doesn't matter if its plain html or wordpress based lp.

an html lp will be always faster than a Wordpress with a bloated page builder.

Put <? at the head and ?> at the end. Save as index.php file and upload to a NEW directory on your server
Your landing page buttons should point to that directory
