No conversion even we spend nearly 10k

Hello everyone, I have just promoted a perfume brand via TikTok, targeting Hungary for a year and the result is great. Then we plan to sell them globally, set up a new campaign in new ads account, using CBO but after 2 months, we have spent about 7-8k but no any conversions yet. Any recommendation, may we try to target another region

If you have 0 conversions there might be a technical issue or something like no shipping options for the user's country. Also, best approach is country by country, each country a unique domain the country's language and the country's tld, not just globally.

Make sure to use a landing page is the customer's own language and make sure the text on perfume bottle's pictures are in the correct language as well.

we try to create new campaign, but the performance is still not good. just target Sweden & france first, choose specific age, gender, turn on target Extension, and smart creative ads as well

First of all, check your targeting to see if there are any mistakes... because 7-8k without customers is too bad

It could be because your brand is not reputable enough, the media is not attractive, please reconsider, today there are too many scams leading to loss of customer trust.

That's a really bad sign. There must be something wrong. Recheck your landing page, change the ad content, and test.
Why didn't you try different versions once you find you are not converting anything after spending 1k or something?

Thanks for all comments, guys. With the LP, we just change the language into English only, the theme is the same with the original page as we use to target Hungary - our main market. We will try to adjust it if possible

why not target usa - they will have a healthy conversion rate
