If I'm getting this right, what you're describing is an integrated feature on some third-party programs, I believe. Look up OBS and etc., there are ways to get your audience to make certain actions that influence controls in the game you're streaming.

I've seen that sort of stream where the watchers or some other external factor influences the controller input, but even just imagining how it works (integration be damned) sounds confusing. Well, at least you know it's possible. Might be a guide to go about it somewhere.
