I just purchased via promotional discount offered. Will post detailed review after I receive API credit credentials and use it for several weeks. I am not a super heavy user of Open AI and I think it would take me ~2-3 months to burn through everything, unless I escalate my output.

Here is my honest review. I've purchased this from OP when he started offering big discount. After payment he sent me login credentials and instructions. According to instructions it would have $2505 ($2500 + $5 credit card payment) but in my case there was $2510 so I got $5 extra (no big deal). My previous use of Open AI credits was with Chat GPT 3.5 turbo and I was happy to see that with this account I've had access to Chat GPT 4. I started using API at low speeds and went almost to $200 before I realized it. I requested an increase and last night was approved to tier 3 ($1000/month) limit. I will continue to use it now at higher consumption rate. I am being safe and using it from only one IP address and I've had $120 credit accounts get suspended when used by different IP addresses.

Big bonus for me was that in the instructions provided by OP he inadvertently revealed his method of obtaining $2500 Open AI credit. Being a gentleman I've DM him to edit out revealing information to keep his method more private. I knew before in theory how people obtain credits & agency accounts to resell but his method revealed to me the exact source. Now that I know one source I would be able to look for other sources using same criteria.

Even though I know how to do it myself I would probably buy from OP in the future again. It takes some effort to get it done and sometimes its easier to outsource the work when you need it fast. Next year when I have more free time I'll put time and effort to do the process myself.
