What is the best option for cold emails platforms?

I have a few million people without opt in. I wanna send them e-mails like cold.

But I couldnt choose which way should I use.

STMP or any platfroms has a bulk mail and giving opp. for cold mail?

Could you guys help me with that ?

I couldnt figured out how.

(And also I m not sure best section to write this topic.)

Amazon SES is the best option
of course there will be a ban after a period but you can send 50k email per day

Avoid using platforms like SendGrid, MailChimp, AWaber...cold emails is against their terms and they will ban your account very quickly.

If you have some syslinux skills, basic understanding of how SMTP works, know how to setup PowerMTA and Mailwizz/Mumara...the best option for you is to create your own SMTP servers.

Or use a solution that allows you to send using many Gmail/G-Suite accounts.

Cold email is for B2B only. Even Excel/Microsoft word has mail merge feature(s)

Bountiful Leads (My SaaS - Unlimited Access $97 MO)
Mystrika (LTD, good warm up tool and ok send tool, limit 50 emails a day per domain + the warmup 50)
MailMeteor (LTD - Small send limit)
SMS-IT (LTD, supposedly has a bot to response to replies coming out soon)

+I have tested some like Gmass
