TikTok 300 Views...

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out and share a concern I've been facing with my TikTok account.

I've been creating and posting original content regularly, and while I'm passionate about what I share, I've noticed that my videos seem to cap at around 300 views. I've posted approximately 18 videos so far, and the view count consistently stays at this number.

I'm a bit puzzled about this and would love to hear any advice or suggestions you might have. Have any of you experienced a similar situation, and if so, how did you overcome it? I'm debating whether to continue posting on this account or consider trying with a new one.

Are your videos too long? + Do you post attention-holder videos or not?

I uploaded 4 videos, each went to about 250 views. I suspect that the algorithm picks up a video to go viral after those results early on.

When the video gets high engagement in a short period of time, it will be shown to even more people.

Videos are 50-70 seconds long. There are videos about general culture, generally about curiosities

If you post about yourself, I think you should have an impressive appearance, that's the reality, otherwise make topics that entertain and relieve stress for everyone.

You should post more meaningful videos, invest more effort and the results will come

You need to post videos that have a high watch time and engagement. I also think training your fyp would help too.

Timing is important. Upload videos when most of your targeted audience are on online.

This problem can have 3 reasons:
a) you are shadowbanned, also posting from PC
b) you overspammed, on fresh account if you post 4-5 videos in short time you will face cut traffic by TikTok, the engagement is spreading between videos and low engagement is harming all videos
solution: remove not performing videos, wait 48h and post something else (once, not 4-5 or 20 times)
c) your videos are just not picked up by algorithm, you have low engagement and TikTok cut your traffic on 300 views count
Check your account engagement and remove low engagement videos.
