I am sorry man i didn't see you were looking for a recommendation, well sir from personal experience
you can buy an IP4 or Mobile proxy both come unlimited and it's easy.
IP4 costs around $3-$4 per month mostly fixed to one city.
Mobile proxies rotate between cities in the same state or rotate between us states.

I always advise my client to use, 1 Ip with 1 Account and you can post in the same states to different cities.
