Honestly,
what do you expect Mods of BHW to do with a Skype issue?
That's like asking X/Twitter mods to help deal with an Reddit issue..

If you do all your communications within BHW and have your BHW's customers stay within BHW, then there no need for an 3rd party platform.
If someone attempts to impersonate you in BHW, BHW mods can take actual action.
Otherwise, it's best to just warn your customers, that double, triple, quad check anything before do any purchases.

Are you talking about a username for an account here or on Skype? If it's an account on BHW with a similar username/profile picture meant to imitate you, then we can ban the account. You just need to report them so that mods are aware of this.

If it's an account on an off-forum platform like Skype, then there isn't anything we can do about that. We'd suggest that you make potential buyers aware of this as much as you can and try to keep communications on the forum to reduce the chance of customers reaching out to the impersonator.
