I have 18 domains that I want to sell and I want a good free appraisal service that can give me some good estimates. Any ideas?
There isn't such thing as a good free domain appraisal. Your best bet IMO is to post your domain list here or on other forum and ask for users opinions. Or you can pay for sedo(dot)com appraisal.

Estibot.com
Valuate.com
Namebio.com (Can Search Past Sales)
I see. Does anybody on this forum here do appraisals?
and the best way to find the estimate is, finding out how much you can make from it in a year, that estimate is unbeatable!
Yeah if you want a realistic valuation to price your domains at, I would go the namepros route or pay for an appraisal.
The automated methods use a formula based on the pagerank, traffic and inbound links, which may or may not present an accurate valuation.
