I would suggest you to learn a bit of SEO before looking into services. That way you will be able to better reap the benefits. Nonetheless, if you have high budget, go for guest posting and niche edits. If not, go for PBN links, preferably homepage links. Other than that, what's mandatory is to hire a person who will do the onpage optimization of the website.

You can't just go to the Black hat stuff without understanding the white hat SEO. Read some articles and then start implementing one by one before doing black hat seo.

You need to look into basics of on-page SEO and off-page SEO (backlinks).

There are some good tutorials here on the forum, else a good start would be to watch the ahref's videos on youtube to learn the basics before you dive in the blackhat side

I would also suggest to build up slow and steady, unless you are looking for short time profit.
