GMB shows in Maps but not on regular Google Search

Hello guys

I am facing a weird issue right now:

One of my GMB profiles shows up on Google Maps / Maps search as usual. But if i search the business name in the regular google search, the maps snippet won´t show on the right.

Anyone of you dealt with this before? Is there anything we can do about it?

Hi, verify that all the information in your Google My Business profile is accurate and complete, including your business name, address, phone number, and website. also, Check if your GMB profile is marked as "Published" and that there are no pending edits.

Is the business name contains generic keywords? If yes Google might think you're looking something else than the company
