My website has thousands of pages and I want to get them indexed in Google. How to do this so that the site does not get penalized? I have hidden the published date.

Did you just mean AI content? Drip feed would be a better solution for you.
If you didn't publish those then publish in drip feed manner.
If you already published it then make constant internal links to everyone page. Make sure there are no orphan pages.
Lastly, wait for Google crawler to get indexed.

Try submitting your pages to Google using a sitemap slowly over time. Make sure your content is top-notch and unique to avoid any issues such as duplicate content with Google.

Do use Canonical tags if one article is used more than once. Except for that @1SEOWarrior is right on the money!
