Ways to monetize porn videos?

I have yet another question.

I have an account on XVIDEOS with couple thousand views, I am growing my views very quickly and expect to get 100k views very soon. How can I make money (monetize) this, is it even possible? Important thing is that the videos are not mine i am just reuploading them. Any advice is very much appreciated and if you know any threads that talk about this please share them. Thanks in advance, I am new to e marketing and making money online.

Can i prevent the ban somehow? Should I use proxies or VPN or something like that when opening new accounts? Thanks
