I vouch for them, They really deliver on the speed claims! I just shifted my two WordPress sites to their platform, and the difference is quite noticeable from my old hosting plan. therefore their technical support isn't always around, I ended up migrating my Cpanel on my own. Regarding us not being always available, it seems you contacted us with a migration request during Diwali - one of India's most celebrated festivals. Hence, we were not available immediately to assist with this. However, upon checking it seems that one of our team members did respond to the ticket that the migration would take time due to Diwali, as most of the team were off.

Anyways, I am sorry for not delivering support up to your expectations and I acknowledge the delays during that festival period, for which I am really sorry. We're working on hiring more people for our team, and once done, our support will be second to none. Thanks for your continuous support

Actually he did mentioned the fact that they are working with a limited staff that day! anyways ! it all right for me I learned how to migrate my own cPanel myself
