You pretty much can't contact support, as in real people. Maybe if you have inside in the company, and he or she will put the request for you there. But yeah, pray is the only way.

Not all the profiles have live chat access with fb support but it's possible
So if you don't have that option on your profile buy one that have chat access and add it as admin on the bm
