Gmeet literally exists, on top of Skype and literally anything else you could use. Maybe it has a purpose for NSFW content or something. Somehow I remember that one time Amazon integrated Skype to it's platform so you could theoretically contact the seller for information or something. It went no where because of course it did, but it was a curious novelty.
