Creation of Google Cloud

I haven't been here that long, are there people here who could teach me how to register Google Cloud?

Google Cloud isn't anonymous as you have to provide a credit card and personal information. I haven't tried but pretty sure you can't easily provide fake info so in case anonymity matters to you then worth looking for another provider potentially.

But basically go to console.cloud.google.com and then login using a google account. Then you get access to main admin panel where you can spin up whatever resources you want on Google Cloud

If you are happy to handle circumventing that then setting up your services on google cloud should be easy enough. Most of their services are well documented and for a simple site it's all very straight forward.
