SO, I GOT DAILY DMCA REPORTS.

youre after an offshore server, which is obviously what you already have.
dmca/copyright infringement is exactly the same.
youre going to receive dmca complaints all the time, but you should be holding your files on a proxy server anyways.

I agree with @C4rnage569 but it depends the region you select and one important thing is how hard you hit the original author.
If they produce court orders and contact local authorities you have very less margin left.

You cannot rely on a server hoster to provide you DMCA ignore. My recommendation is to make sure you have a proxy layer in between your domain and your server so that you can keep your server longer by avoiding the attention on it. let the focus land on your proxy layer which is easier to change. Additionally of course you can also look for servers in countries that have less strict laws on copyright or where the system is slow to act.

Yes use a reverse proxy running somewhere else, either you can set it up yourself or you can use a service from someone or get it as part of a CDN. Firstly such as layer can save you on the costs of hosting your server but it can also provide you a way to change where your domain points to. if the hoster of your reverse proxy shuts you down you just load up a copy somewhere else. save the configuration and make it easier to reconfigure. your server stays and you move around your proxy layer instead. cheaper and easier. not without hassle but still a bit better

No that is not what I suggested. Still buy an offshore server and still hide your identity when buying that. it will likely also eventually be shut down but rather than changing your server extremely often then lengthen the cat and mouse game a little by adding a proxy layer

domain registrar = cloudflare
when someone tries to get your IP, and lets say they get your ip from cloudflare or whatever, it'll be pointing to the reverse proxy server (server2) which is just a server pretty much used for its IP. they wont be able to get the website ip so server1 cannot be seen.
if you get takedown messages or dmca, that'll be for server 2, which u can take down very easily and get another server.
server1 with all your website will still be up.

I would recommend you to get a server in Bulgaria as they have very open policy about the content, regular DMCA complaints will be ignored, but if some one approaches via appropriate EU regulated agency with proper legal notice only then you can have issues (99% time you do not get such legal notices).

Get a Offshore VPS and make 2 or 3 reverse proxies and is done. Otherwise just use a offshore dedicated server, but it won't be cheap

Can also recommend Private Layer (as per Lowk3y above), however, they are costly and the hardware might not be perfect. They've been pretty resilient over time. Be wary of new-ish companies advertising too-good to be true prices as well...

Also, as others have mentioned, no such "100% DMCA IGNORED" exists, and the reverse proxy process is likely the easiest way to keep the vultures at bay, if you're able to implement easily.
