do you think Google classify it as YMYL?

am seeing a bunch of spammy sites like this ra-arbeitsrecht-in-gelsenkirchen.de and hundreads of them ranking on thesame keyword, they rank slightly under the good authority blogs.
but mine don't even rank at all

Yes also the pages I want index that have strong backlinks pointing to them are not indexing.

I have new domains too.
My content don't rank and I always feel like Google have flagged my site, I'll always to back to buy new domain over and over, nothing is working out

How are you building backlinks?

Really could just be AI Content at this point. Maybe try editing the content yourself.

Or even better, try crafting a few articles yourself and see if those rank. If they do, for the same keywords, its most likely your AI content getting penalized.

Been doing this for long enough without any major issues with serp ranking.

you give yourself the answers,if it is competitive niche ,sorry ,but you must build links,not only backlinks and internal links,do you have images on the posts ?any youtube video?s,try more,just spamming google with ai will not bring you success,you must differ from other posts ,i use also low comp keywords but i am in 20 30 position,new site,but i am trying slowly to build backlinks,thats how you make stronger your site

AI isnt the plain issue, you have a brand new domain, and not even proper link building or even basic parasites.

You drive no signals and thus it will be hard for google to judge you on a new domain

That's probably because you have chosen a wrong expired domain.
For better results a recently expired domain with already indexed pages works best.
I have been screaming this every now and then on this forum that using recently expired domains with indexed pages in google gives better results and indexes faster.
These domains are hard to grab directly, and you will have to look into vendors or auctions.
These will cost more but that's worth because you get some authority with the backlink profile which on most occasions reduces the time invested & money to be spent on backlinks.

Occasionally go to Google.com and site:yourdomain, to see what index number it shows to you.

If it shows 1,2,3,4,5,7,11 etc, and other numbers usually this is a bad sign, means this domain is catched by Google, from using expired domain, or AI/low quality content.

for me yeah i dont say it ,to say it,it means for google you put some effort,at least do something ,google doesnt like your content if you are going white hat,the site you mentione in the other post is going blackhat,so choose the path you want,also try claude ai ,i found it more friendly for google,not in my personal posts,but from other bloggers,but i will try it also
