0 views on TikTok after the latest update

Hi guys, so I've been doing dating CPA using TikTok and since like 30th October (one of the updates was released) I started getting 0 views on new accounts.
Tried different GEOs, Proxies, data reset, cache, android, IOS etc etc.
Nothing helped and I'm also noticing people in different GCs with the same problem.
If you know how to solve it or know something about this problem - please let me know, because of that update one of my main income streams is dead now and IDK what to do.
Wondering how some guys are still uploading it like I did and everything is good to them...

no it's freshly registered pages, it worked perfectly until the latest updates

IOS+Paid VPn, it worked fine for me before one of the latest updates.
It fucked up everything for me
