What’s the best Adblock software?

Just wondering what adblocking software you guys use? I’m needing a solution for both windows and iOS. Just wanted some opinions on what’s good.

I’m looking at Adblock or Adblock plus are they good?

I'm personally a big fan of uBlock Origin.
It exists as a plugin for the mobile Firefox App, so you can avoid seeing ads on mobile too.

I have YouTube premiums, so I'm not sure if it helps with YouTube ads or not, but it's a great plugin in general.

I'm using Adblock Plus as it's the only one that currently blocks YouTube ads for me. Was using uBlock Origin previously.

Thanks guys appreciate the replies I checked origin and Adblock (pro). Adblock looks a bit more suitable in my case as it works for safari on iOS and as it’s for a client of mine I think they’re likely using safari (as it’s the default browser on iOS). Possibly I’ll go for that option.

Hi Guys

Now that Google has forced me to turn off UBlock Origin for Chrome, which free adblocker should I use for general websurfing and hotmail/ yahoo/ gmail/ etc? Is it geospecific, asking for South Australia.

I use Opera for my torrents aggregator site 1337x.to because it does not work on chrome because of no inbuilt VPN or Ad Blocker.

I have downloaded and use Stands Adblocker just because it is free.

Any help appreciated.

Use Ublock Origin Lite, I installed it yesterday when they fckd up Ublock Origin, the Lite version works good, not that advanced though, but it does the job.

I don't know about iOS (or smartphones if that's what iOS I assume is), but I've been successfully using uBlock Origin + Ghostery + Brave (browser) for almost 5 years now on my desktop PC, and haven't seen a single ad anywhere. Ok, there are some sites that - somehow - still manage to show ads, but I don't worry about those, my biggest problem is YT, and for this uBlock Origin + Ghostery + Brave work well...
