Hello friends
I registered my domain in godaddy registrar. And actually my site is warez but i always deleting my DMCA links. few months ago i moved my server from russia to netherland and one of netherland company name ''Brien'' etc sending me a lot of dmca and warning me so i am using reverse proxy now to hide my netherland ip and that reverse proxy is russian and they dmca friendly. but i am worry now that if i search my domain info from several websites then i can see registrar godday and all other godaddy info which i want to hide it.
it it possible to hide or not ?
or should i move my domain from godaddy to other ?
which other dmca friendly domain registrar is ?
i saw here some peoples are crying about that Njal.la is deleting their domains.
kindly help me in this matter.

thank you

You could setup a stealth Namecheap account, transfer domain and use they're free domain privacy. Or a GD account with fake details and a VCC.

ive never personally experienced njalla deleting any of my domains, but either way, if youve gone with godaddy first, obviously if ur domain gets big enough, and even if u change registrars, itll be quite easy to track you. now kind of a dead domain for u

i saw a website which is register under namecheap and i can see its domain registrar info from online domain checker website and it is warez website.

what you think should i transfer that domain to njala ?. some peoples are suggest me to transfer to namecheap but if they get dmca complain then i think they will also susspend my domain

what i mean is, lets say u run a warez website from godaddy and u get bigtime
1. 100% godaddy gonna take ur domain
2. ACE are gonna come knocking

now u decide to transfer that domain to another registry, whether it be njalla or whoever
1. 50% risk njalla or whoever suspend or take domain
2. ACE gonna check history and see u were the previous owner and it was transferred to another registry/sub-registry

either scenario, issue no.2 is going to be your downfall.
my suggestion, so it doesnt get captured:
create a new domain(could be same name different tldr, but still a lil risky)
obviously ban all robots
add in a redirect or popup with a timer(say 15 seconds) about new domain
kill off old domain when you know enough people are aware of the new domain name.

thats the only way i can think of at the moment that'd save ur traffic and anonyminity of being caught.
dont forget, u dont have to go through njalla, they register through porkbun/tuccows but add abit more of a layer of privacy. u could still go through registry.ru because russia still give the F U to most people lol, but the njalla risk is always there because technically uve transferred the domain to njalla, so they "own" it and not u. ur "renting" it from them.

@Carnaged
so it is batter to buy new domain in Njalla and redirect old domain to new domain for some months ?
which registrar you suggest njalla or registry.ru for new domain ?

thanks for your advice

well ive never had any issues with njalla and ive been with them for 5 years now, but if youre still sketchy, theres alot around depending on the tldr your after.
but some examples:
Todaynic
cheapprivacy

and a copy/paste from another thread(i dont remember the thread sorry)
For "good" domains you might want to look to Africa or Asia, such as maybe:

.ye (Yemen)
.am (Armenia)
.is (Iceland)
.sc (Seychelles)
.rs (Serbia)
.cn (China)
.su (Soviet Union)
.ru (Russia)
.al (Albania)
.by (Belarus)
.ps (Palestine)
.na (Nambia)
.ge (Georgia)
.cr (Costa Rica)
.az (Azerbaijan)

Even if a tld may be good, you also have to find a non-us-based tolerant registrar.
See which domains http://now.top/, https://ru-tld.ru/en/, https://4domains.su/, http://cnobin.com/, https://regery.com/ have to offer, those are pretty decent registrars.

@Carnaged
i can go to Njalla for new domain if you suggest
but your point about transferring domain from godaddy to njalla is very very helpful for me
because i was thinking to transfer domain.
Njalla have full privacy about domain info ? like if someone will try to find domain info from online websites they will hide ?

i check some warez websites are register in namesilo
like this website freshwap(dot)us is warez website and domain age more than 8 years and they are registered in namesilo
and this one downturk(dot)net is also warez website and registered in isimtescil which is turkish company.
i don't know these registrar is dmca friendly or not but if i see these two websites and it could be dmca friendly

one thing you must understand
njalla isnt a registry
to cut it short
lets call njalla BOB(a person)
lets call you JOHN(person)
ACE can see JOHN transferred a domain name to BOB so thats not a good idea
if JOHN registers a domain with njalla, the domain is actually registered with BOB(on tucows), so JOHN doesnt own the domain anymore
so ACE would see BOB's details if they wanted to find the owner
your details on the other hand(ip, login creds) are on the njalla website, in a completely different country, unrelated to the domain because JOHN doesnt own the domain.
so ur safe there.

that being said, thats why people are skeptical. because technically, BOB owns the domain, not you.
now njalla have a very strict ruling with some domains because of porn, political, etc so as long as u abide by them, you should be fine.

just an FYI: i dont endorse njalla or say theyre the best or work for them at all, this is just my knowledge and from my experience, but thats how it works.

@Carnaged
thank you for your suggestion
by the way my website is not porn or political. my site is related to ebooks only
not movies not software or any other niche
only and only ebook niche.

@Carnaged
dear can you suggest me that while purchasing new domain from njalla i must use annoy email ? or any gmail account i can use ?
did you gmail compromise on our privacy or not ? if not then which best email service provider which we can use to buy new domain ?
.eu domain is good ?
thank you

Nope your Gmail doesn't get compromised and you can use any email , it doesn't matter. But make sure you have access to it incase something happens with your Service. :)

what do you mean ?
should i use another email
and gmail can show our privacy ?
