I threw him a site that was questionable and wanted to see what OP would put together for me.
Let just say, I am quite impressed with what I received and the TAT.

Communication was done via Email and there was no issues communicating with OP.
I received a Guest post in my website niche. The website was easy to navigate and shows no signs of being a PBN.
The article was indexed & shown on google as of 4 days ago which was also when the article was created. I did a little look at the other articles on the site and it all shows similar index rate.

The article itself was fine ~700 words, wasn't kw stuffed and covered a range of topics and subheadings that fit my general theme quite well; resulting in the anchor itself blended right in.
The article came with a feature picture - This picture seems to be grabbed form some youtube site. Looked pretty common enough but also unique in it's own way.

The report also came in with quite a few audits and general improvements. As mentioned, site I threw him was questionable and he hits the nail on all the issues with it.

It's $7 for a try, for a guest post. It's well worth it for that price. Overall, the service I received was great.

I got 1 backlink from a general site with good metrics. The site is optimized for selling links. The article is readable with 690 words, has 1 feature image, and was posted in the category related to my niche. The anchor text is at the end of the article, would be better to be on top or middle of the article. The best part the link is already indexed.

As others have mentioned, OP sent me a really nice report with a quick audit and some helpful tips.

Overall, great service, especially when OP offers you the chance to try it for just $7. I doubt you'll find a better deal like this within BHW.
