My content is AI generated GPT-4 + Human touch and it passes AI detectors (Copyleaks, etc) with Human Text.
My website is performing this, is it good, bad, can I expect it to grow or it will just keep in this?

What other advices do you recommend me? Should I increase the words on the posts?

AI detectors are a joke,
Their results is simply random, never rely on them

It's too soon to tell about the results,
Whenever you need to add more content/words to the article depends on the niche/keywords targetted,
The same goes for the ranking,

AI content is just content after all,
Even if you craft the perfect way to get the perfect content, you still need to work on your website on & off page to get it to rank

3 clicks is barely any data to judge by... Keep publishing content slowly and start building some links (also slowly) for 6-7 months and then you'll know how good or bad the site performs :)
How to build links?

I think You look on the wrong tab, check your content what content is indexed, and what positions for what keywords if You have indexed content for a keyword that no one searches do not expect to see high views and clicks.

It depends on the keywords/niche targeted as mentioned before,
Analyze your competition to decide,

You should give it some time to check where your ranking is settle and you'll get a better idea overall,
Keep posting, build a decent topical authority, then depending on where your articles rank from there, you can decide,

You can invest in buying links from sellers in & outside the forum,
Guest posts, PBNs, Forum (Crowd), etc...
Or you can invest & make them yourself, there are endless guides about these, make some research

From my experience, 600-700 words is not good enough to rank high. I usually write around 1500.

Of course if the subject doesn't require that many words you can compromise.

Oh but do I still on time to add more content to it?

If it is your long-term project, don't use the AI-generated articles. Google will take down your site anytime in the future. So, I usually don't recommend it.

I mean i use a tool that scrapes other articles, merge them together and rewrite it.
The content looks super natural.
I can provide you the website link so you can check it and give me yout opinion?

600 words is not very much, unless of course it completely reveals the topic, make at least 1500.
