Legal issues with Gambling Ads

Hello guys

I've brought more than 14000 FTDs on some famous online crypto casino this year and I was wondering :

I'm doing PPC and I'm targeting worldwide (and I exclude the countries that are banned by the casinos I'm working with, because players just can't register there)
But as you may guess, I don't have any licence to promote these casinos.

What risks do I have as an affiliate ?

Can I get fined by some countries because I promote casinos there ?

How can they know my identity ?

Trough the domain name informations ? (I'm doing Google cloaking)
Trough the google ads account ?
How ?

Have you ever heard stories of affiliate getting fined ?

As I understand it, and from a legal standpoint, you don't need a license to promote a casino, the casino needs a license to run.

Then how to get 100% stealthy when running ads ?

If I'm targeting USA, even if my domain name has fake informations and my google ads account is rented, they can still come to me trough payments that I do on that Google Ads account ?

I have no idea how far they can get, that's my question

Well maybe it's luck that everyone runs black ads but no one has ever been pursued to such an extent
You don't need to worry unless the business is very big and makes profits that could affect their country
