Copyright takedown request workaround

"Your video was removed due to a copyright takedown request". On email it says one more time and they take the account down.

Is this done based on title, description or video content? All things including title, description and video show stuff someone might not like. I'm looking for a workaround.

Mostly this issue is becuase of content :such as using copyrighted backgraound music,images videos clips ,script or illustrations.

I'll test with random background like green and white screen (no video content) then see what happens.
