Cashapp blocks me from receiving payments

Whenever i want to receive a payment from someone, cashapp instantly blocks payment by saying “this payment was canceled for your protection” Now the reason for due block was due to me scamming using my cashapp account in the past. But now, whenever I create new cashapp account on my device, I instantly receive that prompt whenever someone tries to send me money. I even went to the extent of downloading cashapp on my brand new android and iPhone devices, yet still did not work, even on nox/blue stacks, still did not work. Anyone have any solutions?
