Question/Looking: Tool that tracks clicks and who clicks

I want to create a poll in my email campaign without using any 3rd party form tool.
My goal is something like this
Hi,
1st sentence that ask something:
Yes(link)
No(link)
Cheers,
Now with UTM I can track the yes and no link. Now next step is who clicked yes and no link by capturing their email address. Is that even possible, thanks in advance for all your feedback

I guess, you will need to create a web app that will send out emails to your list and each unique recipient will have unique link query parameters (link variable). This way after they click the link and go to your website, you will know which recipient (email) clicked which link, obviously store this data to db to know which email clicked the yes link and which email clicked the no link.

Something like this:

Lets say u have [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

Now [email protected] gets poll:
Yes (yourwebsite.com/?uid=111y)
No (yourwebsite.com/?uid=111n)

Now [email protected] gets poll:
Yes (yourwebsite.com/?uid=222y)
No (yourwebsite.com/?uid=222n)

Now [email protected] gets poll:
Yes (yourwebsite.com/?uid=333y)
No (yourwebsite.com/?uid=333n)

Uff any premade solution, I don't know, I am not into email marketing. Just a developer.

Maybe try messaging a few competitors of smartleads, explaining what you want to achieve, and see if it is available with their software.

But I don't think building something like this on your own would be a problem, A WordPress website with a Mailster plugin and a little bit of your own code could do the job.
