Is there an easy way to clone all Wordpress plugins with Wordpress settings to a new site?

Is there any way to clone wordpress plugins with all settings configured.

Will be using the same plugins, with the same settings on many websites.

You can completely clone the website with All In One Wp Migration if that's what you mean. How it works, you have website A which is already set up. You make a backup of it. Now you create website B which is a fresh wp install. You install there this plugin and import your backup. Boom, you just made a copy of website A.

I know about all in one, but wondering if there's a way to duplicate just the plugins only or that's the only way

I see, if you just want to copy only the plugins, I am not sure, never done this before, let's wait for more replies. Maybe it will work maybe not but you can log in through FTP and just copy the wp plugin folder content.

i use wp migration too to duplicate my sites.
there is an option for plugins only too.
i use it for DB and everything and change words to the new site.

I always thought it just created a full backup.

You can do that by migrating the plugins files and the database tables for each one of them,
It really depends and might not work well for some of the plugins as some might store some data in the postmeta or other wp tables,

if you're trying to copy these plugins to a brand new website, you can copy the whole website then make the necessary changes,
That would make it even easier as you only need to change the URL, theme and other basic wordpress settings

WP Fresh Start used to do this many moons ago (9-10 years ago??), but I see that they've switched to a different business model, so that's not an option anymore.

Something else that I can think of is the Key Maker plugin from MainWp (in conjunction with the Bulk Settings Manager), but you would need to be a member of MainWp in order to use them.

They're currently running a 50% off BF deal, however, so if you know that this is what you need now's the time to get in. Or, you can sign up to one of Deleted member 752298 's plans and have access to 100% of premium themes and plugins, this is actually a much better deal

Other than these, I did a bit of googling and only found these 2 plugins, but I'm not sure how useful they are, but you can check them out yourself:

There are many plugins available for that, but I personally like the BlogVault plugin the most, as it's free and will copy everything from domain X to another.
