Looking for the best cloud tool for B2B bulk marketing (got a database of around 20-30k emails).

Few aspects:
– Emails need to be delivered into the Gmail's main Inbox (not promotions or socials tab)
– Do I need a warmed up domain name?

Are services offered here on BHW (warmed up smtp server etc) comparable to corporate cloud tools like ex. Emarsys?

You should split domains (gmail, yahoo, hotmail) into separate lists. You may have different results with each provider. For example SES might work best for g, SGrid for yahoo, etc. Test in small batches on each ESP

There are many involved to land inbox, IP reputation, domain reputation, bounce rate, list quality, email content and subject.

Buy japan Webmails. They are good with high limit and hitting all domains

you can spam or crack them too

@AlexanderTheGreat did you find any tool/service that you actually used and actually worked for having or providing high inbox rate for gmail recepients? I am facing the same problem.

google it

you can use them as smtp for bulk mailing
so just japanese webmail providers or what? obviously I tried googling it before I ask but honestly dont get it and just telling me to google it doesnt give me the answer of what I should do there and how it would help.

Currently testing mail250 for bulk mail + instantly ai for cold outreach
Thanks for sharing the tools you are currently using, they both look pretty good. Do you have any initial gmail inboxing rates you could share? The tools both look encouraging, but there are so many paid tools out there its hard to know which ones actually do what they claim to do with good inboxing rates without paying for each!
