Which of these methods would work better?

Hello,

I want to try youtube marketing finally and I decided to buy annotation space on one of the videos in youtube relevant to my niche with large amount of views. So im wondering, should i put the CPA offer directly on the video or should i redirect them to my video(also with cpa offer)?

If i redirect them to my video, it might be better in longer term maybe because of the view counts and all the other stuff + youtube allows redirect by clicking on annotation to other videos, while clicking on websites is not possible.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

split test it and tell us. . lol. . . you may be hard pressed to find the answer to this . . few people i know here buy annotation space and then attempt to market off it. Personally I would buy the desc. space they own and link direct to my offer.

Why not?

It was always best practice to have a link at the start of the description. With the new design it's still visible.

Even better with the new design is the placement of the description.
Right beneath the controls where the eyes of the viewer are...

It's a proven tactic in articles/posts, place the links inside or near the content area.
