need bulk email tool?

thanks galaxy, but i don't want anything related to website connections. No website plans, no domain plans, no web based applications. But if there needs to be a fee, it should be a one time fee & windows software only (for total independance in manipulations).

1. loading unliminted email accounts, with pop3 & smtp recognition & auto setting, unless i'm forced to construct
a csv with the pop & smtp & port settings, after the passwords. If possible, accounts accessed from the hard drive,
and not memory, to avoid heating the pc.

2. and then, being able to retrieve emails & send them too.

Sounds great. Investment of around $20,000, xxx developer hours and there you go - you have yourself a successful business project. You solved your problem and can sell the plans further.

What does that even mean? You want a tool to check email accounts? Or to send?

Atomic Mailer can do what you want, it even has a bounce mail checker.

I would recommend some bulk email tools MaxBulk Maile , Sendinblue and Mailchimp. These tools will helps you to send bulk emails to your registered users.

Get a dedicated SMTP server and warm it up first . I think thats the best way . Or as everyone saying mailchimp is also the best option
