Oh nice, I registered my domain on another register, and now I wan't to merge all the domains on OVH that is much better

As long as you're not changing your host, a domain transfer will not affect your SEO.

Having layers between web hosting, DNS, and domain hosting is the best practice. However, if you would prefer to consolidate billing to a single location, there should be no overall issues from an SEO perspective.

It was on google rankins etc, does it have?I've transferred domains plenty of times. No impact on SEO if you do it properly (i.e. no extended downtime).
