How can you monetize Telegram bots/channels?

I'm sure if you do something like news you can promote links in the channel, but what about for a service based bot. yes you could hypothetically charge for use, but besides that, is anyone making money from TG bots/channels?

You can niche them in adult or crypto niche, and when grown organic, charge to "post" sponsored content in them

I don't think people look at messages from crypto anymore, they did too much and now I just see them all as scams.

There is good groups like VQandFriends, Skulls, etc. where people still follow
